Johns Hopkins University opens restored Gilman Hall

From The Baltimore Sun: Gilman Hall, which opened in 1915 as the home of the library and humanities department at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, has reopened this fall after a three-year, $85 million renovation and modernization. As part of the restoration, all 10 school’s humanities departments are once again based in the building, which also will be home to the city’s newest cultural attraction, the Johns Hopkins Archaeological Museum.
