The Goddard (Ks.) district is seeking approval next month of an $83.7 million bond proposal. The money would enable the district to build a new $30 million high school, a $16 million middle school and a $9.8 million elementary school. Other projects covered in the request are technology upgrades and athletic facility improvements.
