$5 million proposal needed approval from two-thirds of voters

From The Twin Falls Times-News: Gooding, Idaho, residents failed to meet the two-thirds supermajority vote necessary to pass a $5 million bond issue for schools. The school facility bond garnered 504 votes in favor, and 317 votes against, for a total of 61 percent.
