Gooding (Idaho) school bond comes up short

From The Twin Falls Times-News: Gooding, Idaho, residents failed to meet the two-thirds supermajority vote necessary to pass a $5 million bond issue for schools. The school facility bond garnered 504 votes in favor, and 317 votes against, for a total of 61 percent. The money plan was targeted mainly for facility repairs, including the replacement of a 40-year-old heating/air-conditioning system, a new cafeteria for the high school, and a variety of other improvements.
