Illinois district fires substitute teacher who had students' wrists bound in duct tape

From The Naperville Sun: A veteran substitute teacher in Indian Prairie (Ill.) School District 204 has been fired following an incident in which the instructor allegedly ordered a student at Graham Elementary School in Naperville to bind his own wrists together with duct tape. The incident involved a 10-year-old boy. The boy told a babysitter later that day that one of his teachers had bound his wrists together with duct tape “to prove a point.” The caregiver called police after finding marks on the boy’s wrists.
