Grand Rapids Christian Schools may renovate middle school

$12 million project proposed for Sylvan Christian School

From mlive.com: Officials with Grand Rapids Christian Schools are considering a $12 million plan to renovate the private system's middle school. The system is asking the Grand Rapids Planning Commission to approve a land use request to redevelop the middle school, Sylvan Christian School. The work would be done in three phases and include removing the existing east wing and replacing it with a 25,000-square-foot, two-level educational wing, as well as a future 13,750-square-foot gymnasium.
