Utah district passes $31 million bond

Voters in the Grand County (Utah) School District have approved a $31 million school bond that will enable the district to build a K-6 elementary school to replace two aging facilities. The funds also will enable Grand County to construct a new vocational education center on its high school campus. The elementary will replace Red Rock Elementary School and Helen M. Knight Intermediate School.
