New York agency program will help colleges with sustainability

News release: The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority has begun an initiative to help colleges and universities achieve greater energy efficiency and environmental awareness. As higher-education institutions seek to put energy efficiency and sustainability practices into place to lower energy costs and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, the New York Energy $mart Focus on Colleges and Universities will identify technical assistance and financial incentive programs that an institution can use to maximize energy-efficiency and achieve their environmental goals.
