Shawn Sturtz, 18, will serve three years in prison for participating in a conspiracy to attack Green Bay (Wis.) East High School. Sturtz also was placed on six years of extended supervision. He was convicted in August of conspiracy to commit first-degree intentional homicide. Sturtz was one of three teens arrested in September 2006 after Sturtz told another student about a plan to attack the school with guns and homemade bombs. The student notified school officials, who went to police.
