Harrisburg (S.D.) district wins approval of $14 million bond proposal

A fourth elementary school will be built with the funds
From The Sioux Falls Argus-Leader: The Harrisburg (S.D.) School District will build a fourth elementary after voters approved a $14 million school bond. The district needed 60 percent to pass the bond and got 67 percent. Construction is scheduled to begin in March with classrooms ready for students for the start of the 2011 school year.This school year, Harrisburg grew by about 300 students, pushing the student population passed 2,200.
