From DelawareOnline: University of Delaware officials have unveiled new details about plans for a 230,000-square-foot health science building on the site of a former Chrysler assembly plant in Newark. With offices, classrooms and research labs, about half of the new building will house the university’s College of Health Sciences. Plans call for the rest of the space to be leased to private businesses in health-care-related fields.
