Ohio district wants to build K-12 campus

TheHillsdale (Ohio) Local School District is asking voters to consider a $19 million bond issue to build a new school building that would house kindergarten through 12th grade. The total project cost is estimated at $33.1 million. The state would contribute $14.1 million. The Ohio Schools Facilities Commission assessed Hillsdale school buildings to determine whether is should build new or renovate existing facilities. OSFC determined that renovating Hillsdale's three existing buildings would cost $3 million more than building new.
