District in New York state seeks $2 million bond

Hilton Central (N.Y.) School District residents will weigh in on Dec. 15 on a proposed $2 million maintenance and renovation bond. The bonds would help pay for drainage improvements and a replacement generator at Northwood Elementary School; converting instructional space to classrooms at three elementary schools; asbestos abatement, restroom renovations and installation of fire suppression systems; and new secondary classroom exits at Quest Elementary School.
