A 35-year-old woman who is HIV-positive has been charged with offering her services as a prostitute in two residence halls at Cheyney University of Pennsylvania. The woman, who is not a student, told police that she had sex with 10 men in the residence halls. The university says it is investigating how the woman gained access to the residence halls.
