San Diego charter may be shut down

A public charter school in southeastern San Diego is fighting for survival as it braces for possible prosecution by the City Attorney's Office for building-code violations. Holly Drive Leadership Academy, which serves 169 students through eighth grade, could be shut down or fined thousands of dollars.
