Hutchinson (Kan.) high school project moves forward

The Hutchinson (Kan.) district is planning a $29.6 million renovation and expansion of its high school. The district is using a construction management at-risk process, which became possible July 1 through a change in state law. The architect is DLR Group, and the builder is Nabholz Construction Corp.
