Iowa district seeks bond funds for secondary school

From The Independence Bulletin Journal: The Independence (Iowa) Community School Board has scheduled a $12.48 million bond vote to acquire funds for a new facility. If voters approve on Sept. 13, the district will construct a school for grades 7 to 12.
