Indiana governor wants charter schools to get access to vacant facilities

From The Indianapolis Star: Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels wants state legislators to pass a law requiring public school district districts to transfer their empty buildings to charter schools that are seeking property. Daniels says public school districts are standing in the path of new charter schools by refusing to sell them unused buildings.
