Indiana attorney general says public schools can’t charge for bus service

From The Indianapolis Star: The Indiana's attorney general has issued an opinion that charging a fee to ride the bus to a public school violates the state's constitution. The advisory opinion might be good news for cost-conscious parents. But experts say it may push some cash-strapped school districts to reduce bus service or eliminate it altogether for most students.
