From The Indianapolis Star: Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard has approved full seven-year renewals for two of the city's original charter schools, but emphasized accountability as he gave the third a two-year period to prove itself. Christel House Academy and Flanner House Elementary School met all of the city's requirements to continue operating, Ballard says, but Fall Creek Academy fell short of his expectations in academics, management and board oversight.
