Parents sue Illinois district over high school site selection

A group of parents is suing Indian Prairie (Ill.) School District 204 to prevent the construction of a third high school on a site they oppose. The parents object to the district's decision to build Metea Valley High School on property at Eola and Molitor roads in Aurora; they say the land had "previously been disqualified by the district as a potential health threat." The suit also contends that the district, in seeking approval of bond funds in 2006, committed to a different site in Aurora that has been labeled "Brach-Brodie."
