Voters in Decorah asked to approve $10.4 million proposal

From Decorah Newspapers: Decorah (Iowa) School District voters will head to the polls on Sept. 14 to decide whether to approve a $10.4 million bond proposal. The money would cover about half of the cost of a project that would include renovations and additions to the high school and updating of another campus. The rest of the funding would come from property taxes, the physical plant and equipment levy (PPEL) and statewide penny sales tax receipts.
