Two Texas districts must address dropping enrollment

In the suburbs of Dallas, Texas, the Irving and Richardson school districts share one problem – declining enrollment. Both are trying to deal with with the decline, which could reduce state funding, delay construction of new schools and even force closures at existing campuses.
