Oregon school district plans 2011 bond vote

From The Albany Democrat Herald: Voters in the Jefferson (Ore.) School District will be asked in May 2011 to support a bond measure to build a new middle school and make repairs to the district’s other buildings. The measure is not finalized, but district officials say the proposal will seek about $10 million. Built in the early 1950s, the existing middle school building is not holding up well over time.
