San Diego law school to relocate

The Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego is leaving its current home and longtime parking squabbles for a new downtown location. The law school has submitted plans for an eight-story, $40 million school on land once slated to house condominiums. The move will give the 38-year-old school room to expand.
