The Chilton County (Ala.) is planning to build an intermediate school in Jemison that
will relieve space at nearby elementary and middle campuses. The school
board has not yet decided the grade configuration, but it is expected
that the new school will house grades 4 to 6. This would relieve
Jemison Elementary of one grade and Jemison Middle of two grades. The
architect is McKee and Associates.
