Judge tells University of Wyoming to let William Ayers speak

FromThe Casper Star-Tribune: A federal judge has ruled that the University of Wyomingviolated the First Amendment rights of former Weather Underground radical William Ayers when it banned him from speaking on campus. Judge William Downes, who served in the U.S. Marines during the Vietnam War, issued an injunction that orders the university to allow Ayers, now a professor at the University of Illinois-Chicago, to speak today at the UniWyo Sports Complex on campus in Laramie. UPDATE: Security was heightened Wednesday at the University of Wyoming as the school prepared for a speech from William Ayers. ( The Washington Post)
