Kentucky law encourages green school construction

From The Cincinnati Enquirer: Legislation aimed at changing the way Kentucky builds and renovates its schools has been signed into law. The law calls for establishing incentives and state standards for the construction of energy-efficient schools and for objective, third-party assessments of school buildings.
