From The Kilgore News Herald: The Kilgore (Texas) Independent School District has scheduled a $55 million bond election for May 14. Taxpayers will be asked to approve the construction of two schools plus remodeling and improvements at others. One new school would house grades preK to 1, and the other would house grades 6 to 8.
