Students at charter schools will learn English and Spanish simultaneously

From The San Antonio Express-News: The Knowledge is Power Program, a charter school network with three campuses in San Antonio, plans to open two new elementary schools in the city in 2012-13. The new schools will be dual-language campuses, where students learn English and Spanish simultaneously.
