Regional agency in Michigan seeks bond funds to upgrade facilities

The Kalamazoo (Mich.) Regional Educational Service Agency is asking voters to approve a $27.4 million bond request. The agency, which oversees special education programs for nine school districts in Kalamazoo County, would like to build a new school facility and renovate an existing one.
