New facility for Stern Math and Science school is at Cal State Los Angeles

From The Los Angeles Times: The $13-million Stern Math and Science School in Los Angeles has had its official opening ceremony at Cal State Los Angeles. It is the first charter school in the city to operate on a local university campus. The Stern school first operated in rented space belonging to another charter school. Then it moved to portable classrooms atop a parking lot at the college. This fall, the school moved into its new, 34,000-square-foot facility, which was finished in January.
