Plans for a career and technical high school inLafayette Parish, La., are at a standstill until space can be found for the new program, according to superintendent Burnell Lemoine. A career and technical high school for the district has been discussed since the 1990s. The concept was resurrected in the past year and a half as part of discussions centered on facility needs throughout the district.
