Lakeview (Neb.) seeks funds for K-8 facility

The Lakeview (Neb.) Community School District is asking voters in February to approve a $9.8 million proposal for a new K-8 school. The bonds also would provide money to add science classrooms at the district's high school. The district needs elementary classroom space so it can relocate students of Sunrise Elementary School by September 2009. The district has sold the Sunrise school building to Archer Daniels Midland.
