Lawsuit challenges education funding in Florida

Plaintiffs contend that the state is failing to meet its constitutional obligations to provide adequate funding

From The Tallahassee Democrat: A lawsuit filed in Leon County, Fla., by several parents, students and organizations, contends that that the state is not upholding its duty to allocate enough money for schools. The suit wants a judge to order legislative leaders and education officials to come up with a plan to address the issues.
