Elementary school project planned for Athens, Ala.

The Limestone County (Ala.) district expects to begin work on a new $14 million Clements Elementary School in Athens in February 2009. The K-5 school will have five classrooms each for grades 4-5 and six classrooms each for other grades. It also will have a gymnasium that will hold 340 people, a computer lab, art room, media center and cafeteria. The architect is Davis Architects.
