NLRB intervenes on behalf of laid-off employees at Cambridge, Mass., music school

From The Boston Globe: Eight months after the Longy School of Music in Cambridge, Mass., slashed its teaching staff, the National Labor Relations Board has gone to court to try to get back the jobs of at least eight instructors whose positions were eliminated. But a federal judge says it could be months before she’s able to decide whether to issue a temporary injunction that would force Longy to return to its March, pre-cut staff levels.
