From Brentwood Patch: A husband and wife on have sued a private school in Los Angeles, alleging the Christian Science beliefs of the school leaders favored faith healing over medical intervention and forced the couple to withdraw their daughter from classes because of a peanut allergy. Kelly Van Halen and Baron Rogers filed the lawsuit against the Berkeley Hall School Foundation Inc., alleging breach-of-contract, fraud and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
