Los Nietos (Calif.) district seeks funds for upgrades

School system says money will pay for needed facility improvements
Voters in the 2,200-student Los Nietos (Calif.) School District will go to the polls June 3 to vote on a $31.1 million bond proposal. The district, which has has three elementary schools and one middle school, needs to upgrade its aging facilities, especially wiring, lighting and roofing.To read The Whittier Daily News article, click here.
