From The Richmond Times-Dispatch: The Federal Emergency Management Agency is providing $19 million to help rebuild Louisa County High School in Mineral, Va., which was damaged during an earthquake last summer. Rebuilding the school will cost an estimated $43 million. A combination of insurance and state and local funds will cover the rest of the cost.
