$5 million bond issue in Loving (N.M.) district

The Loving (N.M.) Municipal School District is seeking approval on Nov. 13 of a $5 million bond proposal. The money would be used for replacing roofing and damaged ceiling tiles, improving playground equipment, installing shade trees and outdoor seating, and upgrading the elementary cafeteria and kindergarten academy.
