Lubbock (Texas) district plans bond vote for May $80 million proposal would pay for 2 schools

TheLubbock-Cooper (Texas) Independent School District is planning an $80 million bond election in May. The money would enable the district to build $41 million middle school and a $22 million elementary school. The soonest the schools could open would be August 2011.
