Miami district admits liability in student death

The Miami-Dade School Board has voted unanimously to admit liability in the case of a 14-year-old student stabbed to death at school three years ago. The vote came two weeks after Jaime Gough's family sued the district for allegedly withholding public records relating to the case. The boy was slain at Southwood Middle School in 2004.
