Mississippi attorney general say college can lease facility to Alabama school

From The Biloxi Sun-Herald: The Mississippi attorney general has ruled an agreement between a Mississippi community college and an Alabama university is legal, including a stipulation that the rent would be waived for the first year. The ruling came after the University of South Alabama backed out of a deal to rent part of a building from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College because of all the controversy.
