Mississippi House approves bill to create 12 charter schools

From The Memphis Commercial Appeal: Members of the Mississippi House of Representatives have approved legislation that would create 12 charter schools. The measure, which passed on an 88-30 vote, was sent back to the Senate, where it had passed earlier, to consider changes in each bill.
