JULY 2009...from The Madison County Journal: The Madison County (Miss.) school district is asking voters on Sept. 15 to approve a $61 million bond proposal. The money would pay for a new high school, as well as elementary science labs, middle school computer labs and artificial turf for all the district's high school football fields.
