$191 million request fails in Midwest City-Del City; $29.9 million plan passes in Edmond

From The Daily Oklahoman: the Midwest City-Del City (Okla.) School District has failed to win approval of a $191 million proposal that would have built four new elementary schools and expanded two middle schools. In the Edmond district, voters have approved a $29.9 million plan to make school improvements and build a competition-ready swimming pool.
