FromThe Joplin Globe: Voters in the Monett (Mo.) district will decide on April 6 whether to approve a $4.5 million bond election. The money would help the district pay for a $7 million project that would upgrade Monett’s elementary complex. The complex serves 550 to 600 students in kindergarten through the second grade.
