20-acre site has been used for an organic farm for 30 years

From The Washignton Post: For decades, the Montgomery County (Md.) district has rented a 20-acre tract it owns to an organic farmer. The district had reserved the land as a potential site for a middle school. But the school board announced this month that it was ending the lease with 20 days’ notice. The land will be used not for a school, but for soccer fields.
