Woman says Georgetown school officials never took action to end mistreatment

From The Austin American-Statesman: A woman has sued the Georgetown (Texas) Independent School District, accusing officials of ignoring the sexual harassment of her son at Georgetown schools for six years. Kime Mitchell contends that other students in the district choked her now 15-year-old son, called him names using gay slurs and sexually assaulted him. She said that she had talked to principals about the harassment for years but they had never taken any action.
